Recipe: Rotisserie Pork Tenderloin with Demi-Glace Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 3 tbsp R.L. Schreiber Sweet and Smokey Rotisserie Blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup R.L. Schreiber Demi-Glace Paste
- 2 cups of water
- 2 peeled and sliced granny smith apples
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Rub the pork tenderloins with Sweet and Smokey Rotisserie Blend.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the tenderloins on all sides.
- Transfer to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes.
- In a saucepan, whisk Demi-Glace Paste with water and heat until thickened.
- In a separate sauté pan melt 2 tsp butter and sauté sliced apples until just done.
- Serve sliced tenderloin with demi-glace and butter sautéed sliced apples.
