Sweet and Smokey Rotisserie Blend & Demi-Glace Paste

Recipe: Rotisserie Pork Tenderloin with Demi-Glace Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 3 tbsp R.L. Schreiber Sweet and Smokey Rotisserie Blend
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup R.L. Schreiber Demi-Glace Paste
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 peeled and sliced granny smith apples

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Rub the pork tenderloins with Sweet and Smokey Rotisserie Blend.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the tenderloins on all sides.
  4. Transfer to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, whisk Demi-Glace Paste with water and heat until thickened.
  6. In a separate sauté pan melt 2 tsp butter and sauté sliced apples until just done.
  7. Serve sliced tenderloin with demi-glace and butter sautéed sliced apples.
