Peppercorn Blend

Recipe: Peppercorn Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp R.L. Schreiber Brown Gravy Mix
- 1 tsp R.L. Schreiber Peppercorn Blend, crushed
- 1 tsp R.L. Schreiber Premium Mushroom Base
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup water
Directions:
Sauté mushrooms in butter.
Add gravy mix and mushroom base dissolved in water, bring to a boil.
Add crushed peppercorns and simmer until thickened.
Serve over steak or pork medallions.
