Dill Weed

Dill weed, the feathery leaves of the dill plant, has a fresh, slightly tangy flavor and is a staple in Scandinavian and Eastern European cuisines.

It pairs well with fish, potatoes, and dairy-based dishes.

Use fresh or dried dill to flavor salads, soups, and sauces.

For a quick and easy dill dip, mix chopped dill with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
