Recipe: Curried Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp R.L. Schreiber Premium Vegetable Base
- 1 tbsp R.L. Schreiber Curry Powder
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 cups water
Directions:
Sauté onion in oil until translucent.
Add curry powder and cook 1 minute.
Add remaining vegetables.
Dissolve vegetable base in water and pour into pot.
Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Serve hot with naan or rice.
