Cajun Seasoning

Cajun seasoning is a spicy, aromatic blend of herbs and spices originating from Louisiana’s Cajun cuisine. It typically includes paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and thyme. This versatile seasoning adds a bold, zesty flavor to meats, seafood, and vegetables. Use Cajun seasoning to spice up grilled chicken, shrimp, or roasted potatoes. For a classic Cajun dish, season your ingredients generously before making a jambalaya or gumbo.
