Cajun Blackfish 50/50 Seasoning
Cajun Blackfish 50/50 is a robust blend of spices including black pepper, garlic, and paprika, great for bold Cajun-style blackened meats and seafood.
Recipe: Cajun Blackened Fish with Creole Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp R.L. Schreiber Cajun Blackfish 50/50 Seasoning
- 2 tbsp R.L. Schreiber Cream Soup Base
- 8 oz white fish filet
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp R.L. Schreiber Creole Seasoning
- ¼ tsp R.L. Schreiber Parsley Flakes
Directions:
Rub fish with Cajun Blackfish 50/50. Sear in hot oil until blackened and cooked.
Meanwhile, whisk cream soup base into boiling water for sauce, when thickened add Creole Seasoning to finish the sauce.
Plate fish over rice with sauce around base of rice.
Garnish with Parsley Flakes.
